WINDANCE COUNTRY CLUB
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
THE COST OF A FULL STOCK MEMBERSHIP IN WINDANCE COUNTRY CLUB IS: $3,000.00 Interest Free Financing is available for this membership.
Monthly dues
are $175.00
This membership includes unlimited use of club facilities for the member
and his or her immediate family and qualified guests. Stock members own
a share of stock, and vote in all club elections.
FULL STOCK CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP IS: $3,000.00 & $500.00 initiation fee.
Stock must be registered
in the name of an active ongoing corporation. Includes one full membership
with unlimited use of the clubs facilities for the designated member and
or his or her immediate family and qualified guests. An additional designated
full member may be added by paying a $500.00 initiation fee subject to
board approval. Total number of members allowed on Full Stock Corporate
Membership shall be two (2) per share of stock owned. Dues are $175.00
per month for each member. In the event the second member resigns, a replacement
member may be added immediately. If a member is not added immediately,
a new member can be added at a later time by paying an initiation fee
of $500.00 and their monthly dues. The corporation shall be entitled to
one vote in all club elections. This is a limited membership classification
and is available only if this class of membership is not filled.
MILITARY MEMBERSHIP: No initiation fee. No
stock required. This membership is available for those members who are
on active duty. The member and his immediate family and qualified guests
have unlimited use of the Club facilities and golf course. Dues are $175.00
per month
JUNIOR
MEMBERSHIP IS: $500.00 Initiation fee and is available to
only ages 21-33. Dues are $75.00 per month until age 33. At age 33 dues
are $175 per month and Junior Member must either buy a share of stock
or upgrade under the Friends of Members program.
SPORTS CLUB MEMBERSHIP: No initiation fee. No stock required. This membership has unlimited usage of the Clubhouse facilities, tennis courts, and swimming pool. The member and up to three guests may play golf once a month; the member paying cart fee and guests paying the regular guest fee. The dues are $125.00 per month.
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP: All benefits of the clubhouse and social activities including member dinners. No Golf Privileges. Dues are $25.00 per month.
NON -RESIDENT
MEMBERSHIP: $1,000.00 per year
Open to persons who live outside a fifty (50) mile radius of the club.
Non-Resident members have unlimited use of the club facilities for members
and member’s immediate family and qualified guests. There are no
monthly dues for Non-Resident Members.
